may holidays

This week we are lucky to have public holidays, so we don't work Sun-Wed. We spent two sunny days in the countryside BBQing, planting and walking around. Today we wanted to have a picnic but when we got ready it started raining. Nothing could stop us though - so we had a balcony picnic with cucumber-mint-cheese sandwiches (dear Saveur, thank you!), polaroids, cider and Ben's guitar! And later in the day after all that we had amazing crayfish dinner! Holidays are for enjoying, right? :-)
