It's pretty hard for me to find motivation recently, most of the time I feel like nothing makes sense, there's no reason for waking up and such. February in other words :) Today was one of those days when I just sat at the computer, did my work and felt pretty low overall. And then I decided to check the blog, I followed some comment to another blog (you know how it happens) and then another.. and found myself on some fitness-healthy-living blog. And there I discovered this:

Ah! It took me 5 minutes to realize that I needed to stretch and move! Some 20 minutes later I felt relaxed and isnpired! Thanks, Meghan, thanks, Blogger, thanks, Body!

Ouuu! Those were really cool to watch. I definitely think excercise of some sorts is a great way at staying happy and healthy and motivated and all of that :) Glad you found something that works for you!

I hope you begin to feel better soon :)
